As a mentally ill person myself, I often struggle with stress. Back then when I got laid down for some reason, I tended to think that I was not good enough.

We all went through those struggles, right?

Especially when dealing with emotions and hallucinations. Those struggles make it really hard to see ourselves as important people! In this article, I share  5 recommended self-care activities for your mental illness.
