4 steps to create a mental health friendly resolution

Happy new year! You’ve done well last year may this year be a great year for you too! Do you usually write New Year’s resolutions? Me too and I regularly evaluate it on December 31 st . As a mentally ill person most of the time I feel pessimistic because for like five years I’ve been on the same medication dosage that makes me stagnant in my mental illness journey. Most of the time, you feel like it's great to even survive right? This year, let’s talk about 4 steps to create a mental health-friendly resolution. # 1 Focus on achievable resolutions Don’t write I will be free from this mental illness anymore because realistically it just doesn’t happen that fast! Believe me, I did it last year but didn’t accomplish it at the end of the year but I’m making progress that’s a good thing right?
