5 steps how to be more confident despite having a mental illness.

  Having a mental illness is bad, everybody knows that! Sometimes even the smallest task can be a huge challenge. With all the medications, therapies, and support groups it's hard enough just to get by day to day. My mental illness paranoid schizophrenia really makes me keep on isolating myself from the world. It gets really bad at the times that I need to interact with other people, especially with hallucinations and delusions. I used the label ‘freak’ or ‘sick’ which always victimized me. At first, I decided just to accept it even though I knew that the isolating and victim mentality wouldn’t bring me anywhere.
